If you're putting The 20% Leader in front of a leadership group, a cohort, a conference room or a client list, we supply it directly. Premium trade paperback on white 70gsm stock, printed to order.
What we handle directly
- Team and cohort orders, from a dozen copies upward.
- Conference and event supply, delivered to the venue.
- Client gifting, including a printed insert or a bookplate where you want the book to carry your name as well as ours.
- Custom runs, where the quantity or the presentation doesn't fit any of the above.
A premium hardback edition is in preparation. Say so on the form if that's what you're waiting for and we will come back to you when it's ready.
What you can change
Beyond quantity, this is where it stops being a bulk order and becomes your edition:
- A custom first page. A message from you, to whoever opens it.
- Your own foreword.
- Your own branded cover, with its own ISBN. A distinct edition of the book, registered as yours.
The more of that you want, the more there is to make. Worth knowing before you pick a date.

Two different jobs, and the gap between them is wide. Find yours.
A straight run of the standard book
Nothing to design, nothing to register. We agree the quantity and the price, you give the go, and then:

That second table is the outside case, not the usual one. It applies when you want your own cover, your own foreword or your own ISBN. If you just want books, you're on the first table.
The part that's yours. Everything waits on two things only you control: how fast you come back on the proof, and when you give the go. Custom artwork or an agreement to sign sits with you too. Tell us your date and we'll tell you straight whether it's on.
One thing we've decided for you. We ship premium only. There's a cheaper standard service, it takes up to ten days, and it doesn't appear to include tracking.We'd rather know where your books are.
What it costs
Yes, the price per book comes down with volume. We're not going to pretend otherwise, and we're not going to publish a scale, because we'd be inventing it.
The honest mechanics: the cost to us is the print cost plus shipping, and we put a margin on top. Volume moves shipping a lot and the per-book print cost only slightly.The real numbers come out of the print system at the moment you order, against your actual quantity and destination. We can't predict that on a web page months ahead, and neither can anyone else who prints to order.
So tell us the quantity and where it's going, and you get a real number rather than a range.

- From a dozen copies upward. Below that, Amazon is faster and cheaper for you.
- What edition do we get?
- Premium trade paperback on white 70gsm stock, printed to order via Manolutions Publishing and IngramSpark. It's a better object than the standard Amazon paperback.
- Can the book carry our name?
- Yes. A printed insert or a bookplate, so it arrives as something you gave rather than something you bought.
- Is there a hardback?
- A premium hardback edition is in preparation. Say on the form if that's what you're waiting for.
- How long does it take?
- For a straight run of the standard book: 48 hours to 5 business days to print depending on the options, then 2 to 4 business days to deliver. For your own edition with a custom cover and ISBN, add 24 to 48 hours to register it and up to 72 hours for a proof. What moves the date after that is your side: how fast you approve the proof and give the go.
- Can I have cheaper shipping?
- We ship premium only. The standard service takes up to ten days and doesn't appear to include tracking, and we would rather know where your books are.
- Is there a volume discount?
- Yes, and there's no published scale because we'd be inventing it. Volume moves shipping a lot and the per-book print cost slightly. The real number comes out of the print system against your actual quantity and destination, at the time you order.
- Can we have our own cover and ISBN?
- Yes. A custom first page, your own foreword, or a fully branded cover registered under its own ISBN as a distinct edition. Say which on the form.
